Important win in La Nucia.
Our boys started the game very well, with a lot of intensity, and the desire to take the 3 points was evident from the first minute.
Pedro Juan scored the first goal and Dani Lucas scored the second after a very good team move. With the score at 0-2, we went into halftime.
In the second half, it was inevitable that La Nucia would step it up and put us under pressure. Several saves from Chema and good clearances from the defense prevented goals from the home team. In the 69th minute, the home team finally scored to threaten our victory.
However, in the 90th minute, the La Nucia goalkeeper left the area and committed a handball foul. The goalkeeper was sent off, and in the resulting set piece, Raúl scored an amazing direct free kick goal, driving the Thader players and fans crazy.
This victory propels us ahead of La Nucia in the standings, putting us in 12th place. Next week, we host Tavernes de la Valldigna, where we will once again aim for 3 points.
